SMV PROJECTS LTD i is a merged unit of Venkataraya Engineering Co. Ltd., & Sri Malleswar Enterprises. The merging is meant for better Corporate Structuring. These two companies work intensively together and also operate independently of one another.

THE CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR
The Chairman & Managing Director of SMV Projects Ltd., MR. Venkat Roy is basically a Mechanical Engineer. On Completion of the Graduation, Mr. Roy has joined and executed prestigious Visakhapatnam Steel Project works through M/s. Triveni Structurals Ltd. in the Cadre of Quality Control & Planning Engineer during the years 1984-87. Later he has taken the responsibilities of Contracts of his Father Mr. B. Krishna Rao, who is a Special Class Contractor till 1990. Later Mr. Roy has executed prestigious projects like, Hill Top Guest House modifications and interiors, D-Type Directors’ Bungalows, Shopping Complexes, Sports Stadium, Roads and allied Civil works in M/s. Visakhapatnam Steel Plant.
